USEPA has codified the federal hazardous waste rules as 40 C.F.R.
260 through 266, 268, 270, 271, 273, and 279.
During that time period, USEPA did not amend its RCRA Subtitle C regulations in any way that would require corresponding Board action with regard to the Illinois regulations.
Therefore, no action is necessary, and the Board dismisses this docket.
