It is my opinion that we need to have further review in the form of a public hearing inregards to the permit issued to U.S.
  • Steel's Granite City Plant granting the watershed
"rights"(PCB 06-171) to dump million of gallons industrial waste water into horseshoe lake .
  • My family and I have enjoyed Horse Shoe Lake as a State Park. not as settling basin for
heavy metals. If you think the two concepts can coexist then prove it to me in a public hearing . I'm not sure...
