The Agency issued a permit, subject to conditions, under the
National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) for the City’s waste water treatment(WWTP) plant; the City objects to the dissolved oxygen and copper limits.
The Board extends the appeal period until February 15, 2007 (125 days after the October 13,
2006 permit issuance date), as the parties request. Adm.Code 105.406. If the City fails to file an appeal on or before that date, the Board will dismiss thiscase and close the docket.
