HEARING OFFICER ORDERAt the second hearing in this matter held June 29, 2006, the Illinois EnvironmentalProtection Agency (Agency) and NORA, the proponent of this rulemaking proposal, agreed to adeadline of Wednesday, August 9, 2006 for the filing of post-hearing comments .
On August 7, 2006, the Agency filed a motion for extension of time in which to file
comments.
NORA's oral motion to extend the deadline for the filing of post-hearing comments is
granted.
