Melle further agrees to pay $60,909.39 for purchase of allotment trading units (ATUs) from theAgency’s Alternative Compliance Market Account (ACMA) for the 2000 and 2001 emissionsseasons, and $1,800 for the 2004 annual air pollution site fee.
