The first hearing was held on January 26, 2006, in Chicago and the second hearing was held on March 1, 2006, in Springfield. The Agency filed five errata sheets reflecting issues raised prior to and at the first hearing. Public Act 94-272 requires a permit to use CCDD as fill material in a current or former quarry, mine, or other excavation.
