The People ask the Board to order Astec Mobile Screens to
cease and desist from further violation and pay a civil penalty of $25,000 per day of violation, asto Counts I through IV of the complaint, and pay a civil penalty of $50,000 per violation and$10,000 for each day the violations continued, as to Count V.
The Board finds that the complaint meets the content requirements of the Board’s
procedural rules and accepts the complaint for hearing.
