Dear Members Of The Illinois Pollution Control Board:
I urg6y6u to adopt strong contruss that, by 2009, wouldcut coal plant mercury pollution by 90%.
Every river, lake, and stream in Illinois now carries a health

Illinois can address this
problem now and show America how requiring cost-effectivemeasures for mercury cone- : will clean up local lakes andstreams and promote a healthy economy .
Reducing mercury emissions by 90% is achievable at
reasonable cost.
