The parties report that there is a construction
deadline on March 31, 2006 that will have an impact on the settlement agreement, and the partieswill need additional time after that date to finalize the terms.
However, since that order includes deadlines for discovery responses, the hearing officer will
hold off on issuing the order until it appears that settlement is unlikely, and discovery isreinstated.
