Today the Board adopts this proposal for second-notice review by the Joint Committee on Administrative Rules (JCAR).
PROCEDURAL HISTORY
The proposal, filed on February 22, 2005, was a joint collaboration by the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency) and the Illinois Environmental Regulatory Group (IERG).
The proposed amendments will add four new subsections to the existing list of exemptions found in Section 201.146.
