Boiler BI is not equipped with “Low-NOx Burners or Over-
Fired Air”.
These two additional controls for NOx emissions were the
subject of a previously issued construction permit (Permit No.

Section 7.1.4(c): Section 7.1.4 provides the applicable emission
standards for Boiler BI. Adm.Code 214.143. Under Section 214.143, the emissions limits for Boiler Bimust be set in accordance with Subpart E of Part 214.
