December 27, 2004 determination of the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency).
At
issue is the Agency’s reduction of personal costs within the amended high priority correctiveaction modification of A & R’s high priority corrective action plan and budget for A & R’sleaking underground petroleum storage tanks at 6229 West Ogden Avenue, Cook County.
In the motion, A & R asserts that the matters for which the petition was filed have been fully
compromised and settled.
