Five days later at the October Kankakee County
Board meeting — without any public input — the ban on 0-0-C garbage wasremoved! Upon opening the door, I encountered twomen who seemed almost to be guarding the door.
I call this action SHUT OUT #1.

I believe people were “imported” by Waste Management for the solepurpose of shutting out Kankakee County residents from attending their localBoard meeting.
