  • The Board received comments on
its proposal from the Department, the Agency, and the Farm Groups.
  • The
remaining hole must be filled.
  • The closure requirements shall be
completed within two years from the date of cessation ofoperation unless the lagoon is maintained or serviced.
  • The initial cost factor is ten cents per cubic foot of
lagoon volume.
  • Section 506.606(a).
Once surety liability has been triggered, the Department sends a notice to the financialinstitution.
