Neither party was ready to proceed to hearing, and
petitioner believes that additional discovery may be needed before a hearing is reset.
The hearing officer received a copy of the waiver by facsimile, and
petitioner’s attorney stated that he mailed the original to the Clerk’s office today.
The status conference shall be initiated by the
petitioner.
