instruments required under this Section shall be required after theeffective date of rules adopted for the implementation of this Act.
  • In its order at first notice, the Board adopted
proposed rules based upon the Department’s proposal, with a number of changes.
  • The engineering
contingency factor is ten percent.

Once surety liability has been triggered, the Department sends a notice to the financialinstitution.
