After spraying, cans are cured on
conveyers through ovens at temperatures normally ranging from 325°F to 450°F. Am. The changesincluded moving definitions to Part 211, and revising the definition of “can” to include thethickness element. Joint Exh. 3, 4. On May 5, 1998, IEPA filed its response to CCC’s petition,recommending that the adjusted standard be granted, with certain conditions agreed upon withCCC.
