UAP RICHTER-DIXON (Property Identification Number 02-15-07-100-020) v. ILLINOIS ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY
Upon receipt of the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency’s recommendation, the Board found and certified that certain agrichemical secondary containment facilities of UAP Richter located in Shelby County are pollution control facilities for the purpose of preferential tax treatment under the Property Tax Code (35 ILCS 200/11-10 (2002)). No action was taken on the negative recommendation for the certain portion of the building over the minibulk/package agrichemical secondary containment structure at the site.
