ILLINOIS ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY v. LUTHER COLEMAN
The Board entered a final order requiring respondent to pay the Board hearing costs in the amount of $323.29 and a civil penalty of $3,000. This order follows the Board's interim order of June 17, 2004, which found that this respondent had violated Sections 21(p)(1) and (p)(7) of the Environmental Protection Act (415 ILCS 5/21(p)(1), (p)(7) (2002)) at his Saline County facility.
