(Act) (415 ILCS 5/1 et seq.
Testimony was
also received from Mr.
Charles Gjersvik of the firm of Goodwin & Broms, Inc., and from
Cassandra J.
Donelan of the Illinois Environmental Regulatory Group.
No other comments were filed during the first notice comment period. Part 215 has generally been left unattended, with the result that it has accumulated
inconsistencies, including some duplication, with the actively evolving parts.
