Petitioner has filed a petition in circuit court to modify the
consent order and seek clarification of certain terms.
Currently, respondent is assisting petitioner with funds to
maintain the property, but the parties still need to meet to discuss closure issues.
The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner. IT IS SO ORDERED.
