AC 04-043 Order 03/04/04
COUNTY OF JACKSON v. FRANK STONEMARK
The Board denied respondent’s motion to extend time to file petition to contest administrative citation, but considered the request itself to be a deficient petition for review. The Board ordered petitioner file an amended petition for review curing deficiencies, by March 31, 2004, or this matter would be subject to dismissal.
