The Board accepted for hearing the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency’s January 6, 2004 proposal to amend the Board’s air pollution control regulations. On its own motion the Board consolidated this matter for hearing with R04-12, Technical Corrections to Formulas in 35 Ill. Adm. Code 214 "Sulfur Limitations", and adopted a proposal fro public comment.
