Code 214 "Sulfur Limitations", and adopted a proposal fro public comment.

In this order, the Board will first discuss R04-20, then R04-12, and then consolidation of the rulemakings for hearing. BOARD PROPOSAL IN R04-12 R04-12 is a Board-initiated rulemaking proposal. Code Part 214, R04-10, slip op. Second, both rulemakings propose amendments to the Board air pollution rules.
