amount of potential reimbursement, will be made by the Department of Commerce andEconomic Opportunity (DCEO), formerly the Department of Commerce and Community Affairs(DCCA).
By today’s action, and pursuant to the Administrative Procedure Act (5 ILCS 100/1-1
et seq.), the Board adopts final rules and directs the Clerk to submit them to the Secretary ofState’s Office for publication.
