- Sections 7.2 and 13.3 of the Environmental Protection Act (Act) (415 ILCS 5/7.2 and
13.3 (2002)) require that the Board adopt regulations that are “identical in substance” to federalwastewater pretreatment regulations.- This order is supported by an opinion that the Board also adopts today.
