DALEE OIL COMPANY v. ILLINOIS ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY
The Board affirmed the respondent’s decisions to deny reimbursement for nearly $19,400 in unreasonable cost in this consolidated appeal concerning a facility located in Washington County.
For the reasons below, the Board affirms the Agency.
In each of its three motions, the Agency states
that record-filing was delayed because the Agency was negotiating with DaLee and discussingten related UST Fund appeals, each of which had been set for hearing in July 2003 and involvedthe same environmental consultant.
