Sections 7.2 and 13.3 of the Environmental Protection Act (Act) (415 ILCS 5/7.2 and 13.3 (2002)) require that the Board adopt regulations that are “identical in substance” to federal wastewater pretreatment regulations.
This order is supported by an opinion that the Board also adopts today.
