Andros asks a variance from our order forbidding the additionof new or increased wastes to overloaded treatment facilities inthe North Shore Sanitary District (League of Women Voters v.
NSSD, # 70—7, March 31, 1971).
The petition does not allege
facts sufficient to justify the request, and it must he dismissed.
It is clear that an increase
in wastes discharged will result, and no special hardship is alleged.
