We granted a variance in this case September 16 to permitthe connection of several new low—income homes to the Waukegansewer tributary to an overloaded treatment plant.
This modification
in the original plan in no way alters the consequences of theproposed connection, and the substitution is entirely withinthe spirit of the original order.
