This petition seeks a variance to allow use of a newsecond bathroom in an existing home in Lake Bluff despite ourban on connection of new waste sources to overloaded treatmentplants in the North Shore Sanitary District (League of WomenVoters v.
NSSD, #70—7 (March 31, 1971)).

makes clear that no increase in the number of persons living inthe home is contemplated, and on this basis the Agencyrecommends a grant on the ground that there is no reason to believe use of the new bathroom would result in any increasedload.
