Petitioner seeks a variance from our order entered in Leagueof Women Voters v.
North Shore Sanitary District, #70-7, to enable
construction of a recreation building that would discharge wasteinto sewers tributary to the North Chicago facilities of the NorthShore Sanitary District.
The Agency has recommended that the petition be granted, subject
to several conditions which we believe are not necessary to impose.
