On May 30 a letter was received from the Lake County Board
of Health stating that the ‘~soilhas severe limitations, withimpervious clay subsoil.t’ The letter also states that septic effluentis surfacing in a roadside ditch, flowing through a culvert andthen on the ground in a wooded area near a housing project.
