Petition was received April 13, 1973 requesting aconnection to the sewer at the Sherwood Forest Subdivisionto the Clavey Road Plant of the North Shore SanitaryDistrict for which no permits are now available under theBoard’s ban.
We also point out that the North Shore Sanitary District
is currently before us in PCB 73-134 and is requesting 2500additional permits for the Clavey Road plant.
The variance is denied without prejudice.
