Respondent stipulated that the
other five witnesses would provide similar testimony and theywere not called to testify.
The plant was then
reopened and was operated from September 1970 until it wasclosed by voluntary action of the Respondent on the morningof the public hearing February 17, 1973.
Respondent was aware that an improved after burner was
needed.
In actuality this rendering plant has been put out of
business through the changing nature of the community and theinability to keep pace financially with the need for modernequipment.
