Regulations governing th~ control of Air Pollution allows particulateemissions of 0.48 lb./lO°BTU.
  • While S.O.R.E.
  • was not permitted to intervene as
a party, it was given every opportunity to examine witnesses,present testimony, and appear at a second hearing which was heldsolely to accommodate S.O.R.E.
  • Their basic objection was that CPC
