Upon
motion to reconsider the parties have supplied a considerableamount of additional information.
One of the conditions of the bond sale is that the Pollution
Control Board approve the Altos Box control program.
Alton Box claims that it could not legally be required to
nerform any cleanup of the impoundment but as a further inducementtoward a settlement states that the Company will spearhead aprogram for the cleanup of this impoundment.
