The petition filed June 21, 1974 asks for “a temooraryvariance from the requirements of its NPDES Permit.” TheBoard has no present authority over NPDES permits since it hasnot adopted regulations in this matter and such regulationsare in fact pending.
The petition is dismissed as premature.
