Rule 1001 provides:
~The Agency shall annually prepare and submit tothe Board a Waste Discharge Report which liststhe waste discharges in the State, describes thetype, quantity and concentrations of the variouscontaminants being discharged, and describes theexisting and planned treatment controls and thescheduled dates for completion of treatmentimprovements.”The Rule was adopted on March 7, 1972 and became effectiveApril 16, 1972.
