On May 13, 1974 Petitioner, Granite City Steel, appealedfrom the ruling of a Nearing Officer and filed Motion requestingthat this Board review a ruling of the Hearing Officer whichapparently authorized the EPA to take moving pictures of theGranite City Steel process.
We allow the parties 14 days from the date of this Order
in which to file their written memoranda and any transcriptof hearing which they wish to submit on this procedural question.
