Since amrnonium chloride fumes tend to absorb moisture, dry
powdered lime will have to be injected into the gas stream at thebag house inlet.
The Agency believes the one year project completion schedule
is reasonable and recommends granting this variance subject tocertain conditions, The Board agrees that Petitioner appears tofinally be on the road to achieving compliance.
Said progress reports shall commence on March 15, 1975,
and shall provide details of Petitioner~sprogress towards completion of the bag house installation program.
