variance from other effluent limitations was dismissed apremature.- In an effort to reduce infiltration, petitioner has
entered into an extensive grouting program which has resultedin over 50 of petitioner’s sanitary sewers being grouted.- For these reasons the Board has decided to grant
petitioner variance to November 1, 1976.- 3.
