Allied states that these two projects
are on schedule for the September 1, 1975 completion date.
The Agency approved the necessary schedule
change because of the strike (Petitioner’s Exhibit C).
On December19, 1974 Allied submitted a draft NPDES
permit to the U. S. EPA which had been prepared by the IllinoisEPA. Petitioner believes that the reporting requirements of ourprior Order should be extended only to such time as the NPDESpermit becomes effective.
