On September 5, 1974, this Board denied Complainant’s Motionfor an evening hearing because it failed to state with sufficientdetail the burden that a daytime hearing would place upon the unspecified number of unnamed citizen witnesses.
Attached to this Motion is an
affidavit listing the names and addresses of ten citizen witnesseswho have indicated their desire to testify.
We will grant
the Complainant’s Motion and will leave the scheduling of the hearingto the Hearing Officer assigned to this case.
