unnamed tributary into which Modine discharges as a SecondaryContact Water as per Rule 302(k) at the point at which itreceives r4odine’s discharge.- 8).
- Modine employs approximately 180 people at
an annual payroll of approximately $1,300,000.- This quench water also goes to the
head of the three-stage lagoon.- Based on Clinton experience, Mr. Schwartz anticipates
