a new sewage treatment facility which when completed willprovide the sewage treatment for the City of Farmington.- However, that information does not appear in the record and
therefore the Board reluctantly concurs with the Agency’sRecommendation.- The effluent sample results show
a significant improvement in effluent quality since the newoperator has been with Farmington. |
