After review of the
documents filed by Respondent in support of its Motion andComplainant in Opposition to the Motion, the Board finds thata limited attorney-client privilege exists between Agencyattorneys and the Agency where the Attorney General hasauthorized such Agency attorneys to represent the Agency beforethe Board.
Therefore,
the Agency is directed to deliver those documents in question tothe Hearing Officer.
