Olin alleges that the status of the
sulphur oxide limitations of Rule 204(c) (1) (A) is substantially in doubt in view of the decision of the IllinoisAppellate Court in the Commonwealth Edison case, supra, andthat it would be an arbitrary and unreasonable hardship torequire Olin to comply with the Rule before the SupremeCourt acts on the appeal.
