The Village of Waltonville is granted a variance fromRules 203(c), 402, amd 404(f) as regards phosphorus of Chapter 3,Water Pollution Regulations, until July 1, 1977 subject to thefollowing conditions:1.
The sewage treatment plant shall be designed and
constructed so as to allow for the possible future installationof appropriate phosphorus removal facilities, and2.
Within 35 days from the date of this Order, the
