The Village of Argenta is hereby granted a variance fromRules 203(c), 402, and 404(f) of Chapter 3, Water PollutionRegulation until July 1, 1977 subject to the following conditions:1.
The sewage treatment plant shall be designed
and constructed so as to allow for the possible future installationof appropriate phosphorus removal facilities, and2.
